Schwinn® Cycling: All the Right Cues

Great indoor cycling instructors have a stash of dead-on cues that engage, incite and even surprise their classes. Come learn how to create impactful cues for every situation and then experience their effects first-hand in a live workout. You’ll go home with the skills you need to deliver memorable class moments, some of Schwinn Master Trainers’ most powerful one-liners, and access to seven podcasts of Schwinn’s top trainers cueing through their favorite rides to keep you inspired.

NOTE: This workshop is a 90-minute session consisting of a lecture that will bring the content to life. There will be short demo ride but a bike is not required to take the course. These sessions are workshops only NOT an instructor certification course. Earn ACE 0.2 CECs
