This workshop will have everything you need, motivation, music, energy, and to top it off, a class design sheet breaking down every stage for you to use right away in your classes.

NOTE: This workshop is a 90-minute session consisting of a lecture that will bring the content to life. There will be short demo ride but a bike is not required to take the course. These sessions are workshops only NOT an instructor certification course. Earn ACE 0.2 CECs
